Short walk into the town centre; was not to bad, the small local shop 5 my minutes up the road was small, and had a limited stock so 4/10.

We stayed for two nights. The hotel location is around a 25 minute walk from the town but buses run regularly from close to the hotel. The hotel is tired in places but overall clean and okay. We arrived on a hot day hence fancied a quick swim but were asked for £6 each to do so, so didn’t bother. The receptionist was very welcoming and waiting staff friendly. The breakfast chef however was miserable and everything seemed a problem, I only asked for two poached eggs! My wife fancied some spa treatments but was told the lady who gives the treatments was on leave so they weren’t available. Weymouth was great and overall, we enjoyed our break.

Photos on the website show a lovely bathroom that looks clean . In reality the bathroom Is nothing like you would expect and did not feel clean , brown toilet paper not very appealing , no tissues in room. Mentioned it to reception on checkout and she just said well photos are taken from Different angles !! Had ground floor room which should not be given to solo female traveller , asked to be upstairs , told not possible .

Good, clean, comfortable hotel with lovely clean pool and fitness area. Breakfast was good too with a lovely fresh selection. Great parking outside the hotel. Would definitely stay again! Thanks

Lorries unloading outside our room in early hours & not making any attempt to keeping noise down. Had to keep windows closed as occasionally fumes were blown in from flue below. No toiletries,only liquid soap dispensers on wall, only 2-3 teabags in the morning. Room only cleaned on the 4 th day including cups. No program guide on tv.

This was our second time staying at this Hotel. It is an extremely comfortable hotel. Good facilities though didn’t have time to use the Swimming or Spa facilities. The Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The bedrooms were well furnished, very comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities, particularly plenty towels. The breakfast was relaxed, a convenient range of time from 7.00 - 10.00, and a good choice of cooked or continental The only slight criticisms I have is the recycled toilet paper in the bathrooms, (though I suspect this might be because some inscrutable guests are inclined to take it away with them). It would also have been preferable to have fresh fruit salad at breakfast instead of tinned fruit, as this enables a greater range of fruit.

Hotel is in a good location, short walk to Weymouth sea front and rooms are fairly basic but clean and comfy. We use this hotel when visiting Weymouth for an evening out and to be honest it does the job. It’s a little tired and dated in places but caters for everything you need
